Details: Legacy Limited Properties opened in January as a property rental company for college students in College Station, Texas. They wanted their brand to celebrate Texas A&M and clearly demonstrate their mission.

Solution:  We developed a logo and color guidelines to keep their brand consistent. The logo is presented in a variety of styles for different uses. We then created lawn signs, post signs, and banners for them to use in marketing- keeping in mind that a lot of their business would come from those driving by so keeping their contact information prominent was a must!
